Save me some! I'm on my way(almost). Bless you, Susannah!

Ohhh sweeeet coffeee! Ever since #2 was born (not twins, ever, but you people with them are saints!) we've been completely in love with coffee. To that point, I've started ordering my favourite kind, in bulk, off ebay. Love the coffee!!

Coffee... since we had the twins we call the coffee maker "savior of our marriage". For a good reason. Which reminds me - I need to go and make a latte for my lovely wife...

Susannah - if you need my address to send coffee (in case you are on a "send coffee to all twin parents" crusade or something), leave a comment on my blog... :-)))

Being a good Seattle-ite, we have both a coffee maker and a latte machine. They're both used on a regular basis. Chaos would reign otherwise... and never, ever, under any circumstances do we give coffee to the twins. No matter how hard they beg.

I was an avid anti-coffee crusader prior to twins. I didn't like the taste, smell, etc. Then my boys were born and well my 4 sodas a day just weren't cutting it. I took the plunge into the coffeeworld by adding an exorbitant amount of chocolate to my java to kill the taste. How nice you have a coffee fairy I wish someone would deliver that good stuff to me as it has become the only thing that keeps me moving each day.

When we lived in Panama, we had a neighbor who was Colombian; he went home once a month, was not a coffee drinker. The 5 pounds he was allowed to bring in on each trip was gifted to us. Now that was some good fresh coffee! Haven't tasted anything like it since. Enjoy your gift, sir.

In our house, we call coffee "nectar of sanity." That is also what we call wine. After 5 o'clock, of course.

OH MY GOD-KALDI'S!! That place is one of maybe three things I miss about the time I spent living in St.Louis. Love it you will, The Dad, I promise you. MMMMMM.

Somehow, when I got the new Feedreader, I didn't get your feed added. I have MISSED you so! It's completely my fault, and I should probably blame the lack of coffee.

...so that it goes with your post.

Cheers!

Mmmmm, save some for the next 3-martini playdate. I'm digging these fringe benefits of being friends with The Mom & Dad!

Susannah! When are we getting together? I'll bring the coffee, and we can read LookyDaddy together!

OMG Kaldi's!!! I am drinking some RIGHT NOW! Gotta love St. Louis. hhhhhmmmmmm. Way to go Susannah.

hmmm....I would love to send you some of our local coffee as well. you could have a contest-and name your favorite. seems like a great way for you to get tons of free coffee if any other moms and dads want to join the contest. because we all know you would be a great judge. but what could you give the winner?......

Amy, I have a better idea. I'll stage a contest to see who has the crispest one-hundred dollar bills. Everyone reading should send me the crispest, newest $100 bills they can find, and then I'll line them up and decide the winner. Then that person, and only that person, can post comments under the name "Crisper Than You" for ONE WHOLE MONTH until we run the contest again.

Who's in?

hmm....100 dollar bills. I am on it!
